At Essenzo Di Oro, all purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at essenzadioro96@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, all items sold by Essenzo Di Oro are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes:

  • Fragrances and personal care products

  • Opened or used items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or discounted purchases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, a new order will need to be placed separately.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the right under applicable law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

However, for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance and personal care products are not eligible for return. Returned items must be unopened, unused, sealed in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
