Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on:

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

We may ship to selected international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their local authorities.

Essenzo Di Oro is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.

Essenzo Di Oro is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us immediately at essenzadioro96@gmail.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Essenzo Di Oro is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by the courier.

If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. We will still do our best to assist you where possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at essenzadioro96@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
